• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years’ job-related experience.
• Licensure/Certification: n/a.

Responsibilities

• Participates in planning and design tasks, prepares construction documents under guidance.
• Provides technical expertise on complex projects, offering input throughout stages.
• Builds and maintains cross-department relationships for collaboration.
• Applies codes, standards, and regulations to ensure compliant design work.
• conducts QA/QC reviews to maintain accuracy of deliverables.
• Assists in developing project schedules, technical proposals, and labor-hour estimates.
• Collaborates with project teams to define and deliver scope of work.
• Promotes QA/QC processes to improve outcomes and reduce errors.
• Prepares and verifies design calculations and cost estimates.
