Job summary

Cuhaci Peterson Architects, Engineers & Planners, Inc. is seeking an Architectural Designer III in Orlando, FL to lead design and production of construction documents under supervision. The role requires 8+ years in an architectural setting and advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT.

You will coordinate with engineers, manage permitting, and ensure quality control across projects. Join a dynamic team with a broad client base, relocation support, and opportunities for professional growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred for advancement.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and/or REVIT required.
• Strong understanding of architecture, building construction and building codes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Run projects with minimal oversight.
• Design and produce construction documents and specifications.
• Complete designated scope of work within allotted time budget.
• Delegate and review work of team members and interns.
• Manage permitting process with minimal assistance and respond to comments.
• Assist in Construction Administration Services.
• Resolve technical issues and answer questions.
• Maintain CP standards and QC throughout project.
