Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in an architectural firm/field.
• Advanced knowledge of architecture, building construction, and building codes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Run projects with minimal oversight.
• Design and produce construction documents and specifications.
• Manage permitting processes and respond to comments.
• Provide Construction Administration Services.
