Cuhaci & Peterson Architects, Engineers & Planners, Inc. seeks a Senior Architectural Project Coordinator in Orlando, FL. This role focuses on executing design, construction documents, permitting, bidding, and construction administration, coordinating with multiple disciplines and the client.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of experience as an Architectural Graduate or Project Coordinator.
• Thorough understanding of building construction methods and codes.

Responsibilities

• Maintains C-P/Client standards and QC throughout projects.
• Assists PM in setting scope and budget.
• Assists client's interests in public hearings and meetings.
• Acts as main P.O.C. for a project or runs projects.
• Provides full CA services.
• Assists in proposal preparation.
• Runs projects with minimal PM/PA oversight.
• Produces designs, CDs, and has an understanding of specs.
• Manages permitting process and AHJ comments.
• Coordinates with other disciplines and leads kickoff meetings.
• Coordinates owner revisions, RFIs, and AHJ responses.
• Coordinates peer review and QC of documents.
• Produces architectural designs and CDs/specifications.
