Cuhaci & Peterson Architects in Orlando, FL is seeking an Architectural Designer II to design and produce construction documents under supervision, ensuring compliance with codes and project standards.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) with 5–8 years of experience, advanced AutoCAD/REVIT skills, and strong communication. You will lead design tasks, coordinate with engineers, and manage design deliverables within schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) and 5–8 years of experience in an architectural firm/field.
• Advanced knowledge of building codes and architecture.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Run projects with minimal oversight.
• Design and produce construction documents and specifications.
• Complete designated scope of work within allotted time budget.
• Delegate, review, manage and accept responsibility for work of team members (Technicians, Interns, Designer I).
• Manage permitting process with minimal assistance and respond to comments from architecture and consultants.
• Assist in providing Construction Administration Services.
• Resolve technical issues and answer questions.
• Maintain CP standards and QC throughout project.
