Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture required.
• Registered Architect in good standing in the U.S.
• 10+ years in industrial, semiconductor facilities.
• Experience leading design teams and managing complex codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design for semiconductor facilities from concept to documentation.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure high-quality construction documents.
• Coordinate design with structural, mechanical, electrical, and process systems.
• Perform code analyses per IBC, IFC, IMC, IPC, NEC and SEMI standards.
• Mentor junior architects and promote BIM best practices.
