Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture and RA license in the U.S.
• 10+ years of architectural experience in industrial/semiconductor facilities
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and planning for complex semiconductor facilities from concept to construction administration.
• Provide technical leadership to the architectural team ensuring high-quality construction documents.
• Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and process systems for integrated design.
• Conduct advanced code analysis including IBC/IFC/NEC and occupancy classifications.
• Ensure code conformance and develop solutions for compliance issues.
• Mentor junior architects and staff to grow technical literacy.
• Stay current with evolving codes and industry standards and apply them to projects.
