Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks an Associate Director to own the IT architecture for the Rewire Field experience, integrating AI, CRM, and field workflows. The role collaborates with commercial, data, orchestration, and UX teams to deliver a seamless pre-call to post-call journey.

Responsibilities include defining patterns with Veeva Vault CRM and modern data platforms, ensuring governance, privacy, and security, and guiding the connected experience across coaching and performance systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in CS/Engineering/IS/Data Science.
Minimum 8 years of enterprise solution architecture experience.
Experience designing connected multi-application experiences.
Strong knowledge of agentic AI, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop design.
Experience with CRM and commercial platforms (Veeva Vault CRM, Salesforce, etc.).
Proficient in APIs, event-driven architecture, and real-time integrations.
Experience with cloud, data, and AI platforms (Databricks, Azure, AWS, OpenAI).
Experience in pharma/regulated industry.
Ability to communicate complex technical decisions to leaders.

Responsibilities

Define architecture for the core agentic field experience.
Own end-to-end IT architecture for AI Prep Agent, Field Intelligence Dashboard, AI Post-Call Agent, and HCP-Facing AI Agents.
Define integration patterns with Veeva Vault CRM, Databricks, data products, and orchestration services.
Ensure architecture supports a simpler, personalized, AI-enabled field experience and reduces administrative burden.
Design integration with coaching and performance systems for field users.
