Job summary

Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. seeks an Associate Director who will own the IT architecture for the core Rewire Field agentic experience, integrating AI-driven insights with CRM workflows to support field users.

You will define patterns for connecting Veeva Vault CRM, Databricks, and orchestration services, partner with cross-functional teams, and ensure security, privacy, and responsible AI throughout the design and delivery of a connected field experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Engineering, IS, Data Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of enterprise solution architecture, AI architecture, or field-facing technology experience.
• Experience with CRM and commercial platforms, including Veeva Vault CRM and Salesforce.
• Ability to translate business concepts into scalable architectures and communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end IT architecture for the core Rewire Field experience: AI Prep Agent, Field Intelligence Dashboard, AI Post-Call Agent, and HCP-Facing AI Agents.
• Design integration patterns between Veeva Vault CRM, Databricks, data products, and orchestration services.
• Collaborate with CRM, Engineering, UX, Privacy, Legal, and Compliance to ensure responsible AI and secure design.
• Lead architecture standards, ADRs, and governance; evaluate make-vs-buy options for core components.
• Ensure reuse, scalability, and measurable field adoption of the architecture.
