Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager to lead AI-enabled CRM engineering, UIX strategy, and platform administration across global teams. You will drive AI governance, integrations, and scalable architectures within Veeva CRM and related systems.

The role emphasizes hands-on Java/Javascript-based development, SDLC governance, and leadership of cross-functional teams, with a focus on AI/automation in CRM workflows.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in IT with CRM software development and enterprise delivery
• 5+ years with Veeva CRM — administration, UIX/MyInsights, custom development, security, reports, data loading, integrations
• 3+ years of custom development using Java, Java SDK, JavaScript or scripting languages

Responsibilities

• Define and lead AI-powered Engineering across CRM capabilities within Veeva CRM UIX layers
• Champion AI-first engineering mindset with AI code assistants and automated testing
• Lead end-to-end UIX strategy for Veeva CRM field-facing interfaces and develop using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and SDKs
• Lead CRM integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware connectors
• Drive CI/CD adoption and DevOps practices for CRM deployments
• Lead globally distributed CRM development and admin teams
