Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an experienced AI CRM Engineer to develop and integrate AI-enabled features within Veeva/Vault CRM ecosystems. You will support AI/ML workflows, CRM data integration, and prototype AI capabilities for field reps.

The role requires hands-on CRM experience, AI exposure, and collaboration with data science teams to deliver governance-compliant solutions across SDLC phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years IT experience in software development or delivery.
• 2+ years hands-on CRM experience (Veeva/Vault or equivalent).
• 1.5+ years applied AI/ML exposure and model integration.
• Active technical certifications in CRM or AI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate AI-enabled features within Veeva/Vault CRM ecosystems.
• Support AI/ML workflows and CRM data integration for field workflows.
• Prototype AI capabilities like auto-generated summaries and alerts.
• Build AI-powered dashboards with predictive KPIs for leaders and reps.
• Collaborate with Data Science teams and governance guidelines.
