Job summary

EY's Risk Technology Consulting practice is seeking a Senior in Solution Architecture to lead Archer GRC implementations, deliver complex risk management solutions, and guide technical delivery. You will drive technical architecture, integrations, and platforms across IRM, policy, risk, and third-party risk management in client-facing roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with four-year credential.
• At least 3 years Archer (GRC) implementation in consulting.
• Strong communication and impact in client settings.
• Proven complex problem solving, critical thinking, and digital fluency.
• Leadership; driving outcomes and team guidance.
• Adaptability and change management experience; negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Agile project delivery and SDLC.
• Hands-on technical consulting with Archer IRM/GRC practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead Archer-based project delivery and solution delivery on Archer platform.
• Be SME for Archer GRC solutions and related capabilities.
• Ensure high-quality, on-time technical deliverables with value outcomes.
• Manage multiple projects, mentor juniors, and ensure end-to-end delivery.
