Wpromote is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our accounting team. This hands-on role oversees client billing, reconciliations, and resolving complex billing discrepancies, partnering cross-functionally to improve processes and strengthen client relationships.

Ideal candidates bring strong accounting knowledge, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high volume of transactions while maintaining accurate financial records.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or related accounting roles.
• Strong understanding of AR processes, client billing, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Experience managing high transaction volumes and independently resolving complex account discrepancies.
• Proficiency with NetSuite or comparable ERP system; advanced Excel skills.

• Manage high-volume client billing, invoice processing, and account maintenance for accuracy and timeliness.
• Reconcile client accounts, research discrepancies, and resolve billing issues and short payments.
• Collaborate with Client Services and Finance teams to address client inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage client billing setup and updates to ensure accurate invoicing and records.
• Support month-end close with accurate invoicing, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen controls, and improve AR reporting.
