Production Solutions is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist I for a remote position available anywhere in the United States. The role offers a competitive up-to-$64,000 annual salary and a $200 monthly work-from-home stipend along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical-dental-vision-Life-AD&D-Disability, generous PTO, an FSA, and a 401(k) plan.

You will manage and process incoming payments, reconcile accounts, respond to billing inquiries, and help optimize cash flow.

• Reconcile accounts to ensure accurate records and resolve discrepancies
• Communicate with clients to address billing inquiries and maintain positive relationships
• Prepare and distribute invoices in a timely manner to support cash flow
• Monitor aging reports to identify overdue accounts and initiate collection efforts
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve billing procedures and provide detailed AR reports to management
