Job summary

YPO is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist who will manage daily AR activities, reconcile payments, and support the monthly close. The role requires strong attention to detail, cross-functional collaboration, and experience with ERP/CRM systems including Salesforce and Certinia.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in AR or related finance, a solid proficiency in Excel, and the ability to resolve complex payment issues while maintaining internal controls and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive accounts receivable, accounting, or related finance experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems; Salesforce and Certinia experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts receivable activities across multiple systems (Salesforce, Certinia, Cvent).
• Research and resolve unidentified or misapplied payments (wire, ACH, checks, credit card).
• Manage AR activity related to Lifetime Dues, including installments and membership conversions.
• Respond to AR inquiries from members and internal stakeholders via Salesforce Service Console and email.
• Review and process member refunds in coordination with Accounts Payable and policies.
