Job summary

Front Row is seeking a Senior AR & Payroll Specialist to manage AR, payroll accounting, and related month-end close across multiple entities from our New York headquarters. You will partner with HR, external payroll providers, and the broader Finance team to ensure accurate invoicing, timely payroll postings, reconciliations, and compliance, while safeguarding confidential data.

The ideal candidate brings 4+ years in accounting with AR and payroll, experience with NetSuite, strong Excel skills,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of accounting experience with AR and payroll exposure.
• Experience with NetSuite strongly preferred.
• Experience working with multiple entities or a multi-company environment.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post accounting entries for AR, payroll, and related balance sheet accounts.
• Complete reconciliations and support month-end close.
• Manage day-to-day AR across multiple entities and customer accounts.
• Coordinate payroll accounting with HR and external providers.
• Investigate discrepancies and drive resolution.
• Support external audits and tax requests with schedules and reconciliations.
• Maintain confidential payroll and employee accounting information.
