Randstad USA seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team supporting a PE-backed leader in sustainable industrial waste solutions. You will manage full-cycle AR for high-volume projects, ensuring accurate invoicing, cash applications, and reconciliations.

The role requires NetSuite experience, strong attention to detail, and collaboration with operations to verify service documentation and ensure SOX/GAAP compliance.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in accounts receivable
• Experienced in AR processes and month-end close
• Strong understanding of basic accounting controls

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle AR Management: Oversee invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliations using NetSuite.
• Revenue Cycle Support: Verify service documentation and ensure billing aligns with contract terms.
• PE-Level Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly aging reports and variance analyses for leadership; support audits (SOX/GAAP).
• Strategic Collections: Manage a high-value portfolio and reduce DSO while maintaining customer relationships.
• Dispute Resolution: Resolve billing discrepancies with sales and field operations.
• General Ledger Accuracy: Prepare AR-related journal entries and assist with month-end Close.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to automate cash applications in a high-growth environment.
