Job summary

Toyota Motor North America is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead end-to-end accounts receivable and intercompany accounting activities, including collections escalations, reconciliations, and journal entries. You will partner with multiple teams to ensure accurate, timely financial close and strong internal controls.

Experience in AR, intercompany, and US GAAP, with advanced Excel and SAP skills, is essential to succeed in a fast-paced, collaborative environment at Toyota.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Progressive accounting experience across corporate accounting, general ledger, accounts receivable, shared services, multi-entity environment.
• Hands-on month-end/year-end close experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end escalation cadence for overdue customer accounts and drive timely resolution.
• Investigate unapplied cash, short payments, deductions, and disputes with cross‑functional teams.
• Perform monthly AR aging reconciliation to the general ledger and resolve variances.
• Lead AR fluctuation analysis and provide commentary for management reporting.
• Analyze intercompany/third‑party activity and prepare recurring and nonrecurring journal entries.
• Coordinate with plants/divisions/shared services to clear intercompany differences and aging issues.
