What You’ll Be Doing

• Support Toyota & Lexus After Sales teams through in-depth analysis of sales trends to identify sales and profit opportunities
• Report monthly sales and profit results, prepare variance analysis, and communicate internal and external business drivers
• Create annual, quarterly, and long-range sales and gross margin forecasts; lead forecast review discussions with executives
• Provide monthly reports to key stakeholders with sales and profitability trends and insights
• Advise on and recommend pricing opportunities using statistical analysis and BI insights
• Lead cross-functional projects, obtain executive support, and influence change
• Partner with Operations on ad hoc decision support for incremental profit analyses and development of decision support tools
• Leverage new technologies to improve analytical capabilities and identify growth opportunities
• Provide additional FP&A support as needed

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in financial planning and analysis, data analytics, accounting, or related discipline
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to use BI tools to analyze large datasets
• Experience preparing effective presentations to business customers and driving performance improvements

Added Bonus

• Experience with analytical tools (Tableau and Alteryx)
• MBA / CMA / CPA
• Understanding of the automotive industry
