Job summary

Toyota North America’s Accounts Receivable team seeks a Sr Analyst to lead end-to-end AR and intercompany accounting activities. You will drive collections, reconciliations, and month-end close with cross-functional partners to ensure accurate results.

You will resolve complex discrepancies, analyze variances, and support a compliant, well-controlled close process across multiple entities, with a focus on accuracy and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Progressive accounting experience in corporate accounting, GL, AR, or multi-entity environment.
• Strong month-end/year-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and analyses.
• Knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AR and intercompany accounting activities, including collections escalations and reconciliations.
• Research and resolve unapplied cash, short payments, deductions, and disputes with stakeholders.
• Perform monthly AR aging subledger reconciliation to GL and resolve variances.
• Lead monthly AR fluctuation analysis and provide concise management commentary.
• Prepare and record recurring and nonrecurring journal entries across entities with proper approvals.
• Coordinate intercompany differences and drive timely resolution with manufacturing plants and shared services.
