Job summary

Methode Electronics seeks a Senior Analyst, Accounts Receivable to own the end-to-end AR lifecycle for OEM and Tier 1 customer accounts. You will manage credit assessment, invoicing accuracy, collections, cash application, and reserve analysis within an automotive supplier context.

You will automate reconciliation, strengthen controls, and build reporting for management while mentoring junior AR staff and collaborating with purchasing, quality, logistics, and program management to address root

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field (equivalent experience considered).
• 5+ years in accounts receivable/credit/collections, with 2+ years for manufacturing customers; OEM/Tier1 automotive exp preferred.
• Hands-on ERP AR experience (Epicor CMS).
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, Power Query.

Responsibilities

• Own collections for a portfolio of OEM and Tier 1 accounts; monitor aging and escalate as needed.
• Oversee cash application and month-end close, reconciling remittances and unapplied cash.
• Operate AR in ERP CMS (Epicor), manage credit and dispute workflows; mentor junior analysts.
• Collaborate with plant controllers, quality, logistics, and program management to resolve receivables issues.
