Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business.
• 5 years' accounting/related experience.
• Experience with AP/AR, billing, cash application.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced).
• JD Edwards / order entry experience.
• Strong organizational skills for large portfolios.
• Clear communication with internal/external customers.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Verify data accuracy and completeness using analytics.
• Hit cash collections metrics and deadlines.
• Research and reconcile UAC cases (2000+ per month).
• Pull portal data and match to open invoices using VLOOKUP.
• Address payment issues like double payments and remittance gaps.
• Review adjustments for accuracy before system entry.
• Collaborate on team projects like root-cause analysis.
