Smurfit WestRock's Recycle Fulfillment Center in Atlanta seeks an SSAR Collection Coordinator to join the Accounts Receivable team. You will focus on cash collections, applying payments to correct invoices, and resolving remittance discrepancies across a portfolio of up to 300 customers.

Responsibilities include heavy data reconciliation, data extraction from portals, and using advanced Excel templates and JD Edwards tools to support timely cash application and metric-driven cash and collections

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• 5 years’ accounting experience ideal.
• Understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, cash application.
• Intermediate or higher Excel skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with JD Edwards / Order entry systems.
• Organizational skills for large customer portfolios.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
