Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, performing collection calls, handling refunds and adjustments, and preparing monthly AR reports.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; AR experience preferred (3+ years).
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to analyze and reconcile large data sets; accurate data entry.

Responsabilités

• Manage and collect accounts, maintaining customer relationships.
• Make collection calls and correspond in a fast-paced department.
• Process refunds and account adjustments; resolve discrepancies and short pays.
• Monitor credit holds and lines of credit; ensure policy adherence.
• Prepare monthly AR reports; analyze customer payment patterns.
