Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable in manufacturing, distribution, industrial, and warehouse.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office products.
• Ability to manage multiple ERP systems.
• Analytical financial skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Organizational, Prioritization, and Time Management skills.
• Interpersonal skills to work with other departments, vendors and customers.
• Must be a team player who also works well independently.
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash entry and AR duties, cash-balancing daily reports, posting journal entries.
• Provide ERP system support for Accounts Receivable processes across multiple systems.
• Assist other teams with cash posting, accounts problems and journal entries.
• Maintain AR files including cash receipts, reports and bank statements.
• Monitor general ledger accounts and journal entries through month-end closing.
• Process incoming payments to customer accounts.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports to management regarding cash entry and cash balancing.
• Perform full order-to-cash cycle duties for assigned lines of business.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams as needed.
