CFS in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to own core AR functions and help maintain healthy cash flow in a hybrid work environment after onboarding.

This role lives in a structured, process-driven team where accuracy, confidentiality, and consistency are valued, with opportunities to contribute to monthly closings and reporting.

Formación

• 3+ years of accounts receivable experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Office Suite skills.
• Experience with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics/BC preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently within a structured environment.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain customer account ledgers and ensure accurate posting of AR transactions.
• Process and apply customer payments, including cash, checks, and credit cards.
• Reconcile account activity and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Prepare daily bank deposits and maintain supporting documentation.
• Generate AR reports, including collections tracking and account updates.
• Support collections efforts and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Assist with additional accounting tasks and special projects as needed.
