Energy Systems, a Generac industrial distributor, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage receivables, collect payments, set up new customers, and monitor credit limits. The role involves coordinating with customers to resolve outstanding invoices and posting payments in the accounting system.

The position requires at least 2 years in collections/AR, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Education: high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years’ AR/collections experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsabilités

• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding invoices to facilitate payment.
• Deposit payments and post them to customer accounts in the accounting system.
• Set up new customers and maintain records in the system.
• Review credit applications and set credit limits.
• Work with customers to set up payment plans.
• Prepare lien waivers for customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
