Job summary

Energy Systems Southeast, LLC is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage daily AR activities, process customer payments, issue invoices and statements, and communicate with customers about balances. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and professional in interactions with customers and internal teams.

The role requires experience in AR and a strong ability to maintain accurate records, respond promptly to inquiries, and support cash flow.

Qualifications

• AR experience required.
• Previous accounts receivable, collections, bookkeeping, or accounting experience preferred.
• Sage 100/MAS experience is helpful and preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Process customer payments accurately and timely.
• Maintain AR records and ensure accounts are current.
• Prepare and distribute monthly customer statements.
• Provide invoices, statements, and payment information on request.
• Respond to calls and emails regarding payments and balances.
• Make bank deposits and related bookkeeping duties.
• Set up new customers in Sage 100/MAS and maintain data.
• Research and correct account discrepancies and delinquent invoices.
• Monitor AR activity and collect past-due balances.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Accounting departments.
