Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst in the US with strong AR analytics, automation, and ERP expertise. You will own end-to-end AR processes, transform data into actionable insights, and partner with Reporting, Treasury, and Engineering to improve accuracy and efficiency.

You will lead the design of scalable AR workflows, ensure US GAAP compliance, and mentor junior analysts while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements.

Qualifications

• It will require 8+ years in Finance, Accounting, Revenue Operations, AR, Order-to-Cash, or Data Analytics.
• Strong understanding of AR, revenue, billing, reconciliations, close processes, and controls.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and month-end close entries.
• Advanced SQL and Excel skills for data modeling and variance analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems and data integration between finance and reporting platforms.
• Fluency in English; excellent communication skills; Big Four or consulting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic Accounts Receivable analytics and business partnering with leadership.
• Lead design, automation, and governance of AR data workflows and reconciliations.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for receivables, revenue timing, and collections.
• Prepare and post AR journal entries in ERP systems with accuracy and controls.
• Mentor analysts and drive cross-functional initiatives with Finance, Data, and Engineering.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and audit readiness through documentation and traceability.
