Job summary

Numerator seeks a Sr. Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage end-to-end AR operations, including billing, collections, cash application, and reconciliations.

The role collaborates with Sales, Operations, and Finance to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate invoicing across multiple currencies and intercompany transactions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, ownership of processes, and the ability to optimize AR workflows while supporting audits and reporting

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end AR processes and billing
• Ability to handle multi-currency and split-billing scenarios
• Knowledge of revenue recognition concepts and audits
• Proficiency with ERP systems, especially NetSuite
• Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end billing operations and schedules.
• Review contracts, POs, and orders for billing accuracy.
• Handle complex billing scenarios including multi-currency and split billing.
• Monitor customer aging and drive collections efforts.
