Job summary

Nebius is building a full-stack AI cloud platform, headquartered in Amsterdam, with a global footprint. The role focuses on revenue recognition, receivables, data governance, and process improvement to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely cash collection.

You will automate recurring accounting, validate data flows, and develop scalable reporting across revenue control and AR, partnering with Finance and IT to strengthen controls and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Finance, Revenue Accounting, AR, or related functions.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP revenue recognition.
• Hands-on with journal entries, reconciliations, and financial closing.
• Experience with NetSuite and CRM, billing, and revenue management.
• Advanced SQL and Excel for data modelling and reconciliation.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts to determine accounting treatment and billing requirements.
• Support revenue accounting from contract to cash, ensuring timely revenue recognition.
• Perform revenue and AR entries, adjustments, accruals, reconciliations, and closings.
• Analyze revenue, billing, AR, cash collections and trends to identify risks and improvements.
• Support contract modifications, credit notes, and related balances and estimates.
• Coordinate data flows between Salesforce, billing systems, NetSuite, BlackLine, and GL; ensure data lineage and documentation.
• Drive automation and improvement of revenue and AR processes and reporting.
• Develop dashboards and management reporting for revenue performance and ageing.
