Job summary

Nebius, listed on Nasdaq and expanding globally, seeks an experienced Fixed Assets Accountant to own fixed asset accounting, support month-end close, and drive process improvements across a fast-growing international operation.

You will partner with finance, procurement, operations and logistics to ensure accurate reporting and strong internal controls, leveraging NetSuite and BlackLine for integrations and reporting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of accounting experience with fixed assets accounting.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and SOX/internal controls.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the fixed asset register with accuracy and compliance.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual fixed asset close activities.
• Coordinate fixed asset stock counts and related controls across units.
• Improve purchasing and capitalization processes in line with growth.
• Support internal and external audits with required documentation.
• Collaborate to enhance integrations and reporting with NetSuite/BlackLine.
