Job summary

Labelbox is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our Accounting team. In this role, you will work independently and with internal and external business partners to manage billing, collections, and revenue processes.

You will report to the Senior Accounting Manager and help drive accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting. You will collaborate across order management, finance, and sales to resolve issues, implement dunning strategies, and streamline billing workflows while

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of accounts receivable experience (more preferred).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with order management, revenue and corporate finance team to understand the deal structure and ensure customer billing schedule and invoices are correctly created in SaaSOptics
• Work with Customers and Labelbox sales team to resolve outstanding issues related to billing and collections
• Review Aged Receivable report on a weekly basis and provide feedback for past due accounts along with weekly reporting of invoicing totals/aging totals/cash receipts/invoice adjustments
• Process software subscriptions to generate bookings, billings, and revenue
• Implement dunning process in Quickbooks Online
• Create and streamline billing and collections processes
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc forecasting reports
• Assisting in general financial management and analysis
• Assist accounting team with month end accruals and account reconciliations
