Job summary

48forty-Solutions, the largest pallet management services company in North America, is seeking an AR Analyst to support the corporate back-office accounting team. You will handle billings, collections, customer onboarding, and processing via Ariba or Taulia, with a focus on accuracy and proactive service.

You will manage overdue collections, analyze credit reports, and collaborate with the Credit Team on projects.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Credit & Collections preferred.
• Experience with customer portals (Taulia, Ariba, Tungsten, etc.) preferred.
• Fundamental understanding of debits & credits.
• Experience with account reconciliation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio collections of overdue invoices and resolution of deductions.
• Enforce customer compliance to credit terms and educate customers on policy.
• Respond to calls and emails from external clients and internal partners.
• Maintain customer information including contacts and credit/collection processes.
• Review credit profiles and interpret credit reports.
• Assist Credit Team with ad hoc projects.
