ClickHouse is seeking a Senior AR Analyst to own billing and collections as the company scales. You will ensure billing integrity, accuracy, and compliance while collaborating with Revenue Accounting, Sales, Engineering, and other Operations teams to build scalable processes.

You will manage end-to-end invoicing and collections for pay-as-you-go and prepaid customers, support various billing models, drive automation, and maintain AR health.

Formación

• 3+ years of progressive billing and collections experience in SaaS/tech.
• Experience with marketplace platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and reports.
• Experience with automation tools and ERP systems (NetSuite, Stripe, Salesforce CPQ).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with contracts and data interpretation.
• Excellent organizational skills with focus on accuracy and completeness.
• Effective communicator capable of cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience executing internal controls and documentation for audit and SOX compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end invoicing and collections for pay-as-you-go and prepaid customers.
• Support recurring and usage-based billing across systems for subscriptions and terms.
• Drive system and process improvements including AI adoption and automation.
• Maintain AR health with aging reviews and collections coordination.
• Provide AR reporting including aging, allowances, and GL reconciliations.
• Support monthly close activities including journal entries and analytics.
• Assist with external audits and PBC requests for billing operations.
• Support UAT for new SKU creation, product launches, pricing models.
