You will work with customers and internal leaders to resolve issues, support month-end close, and participate in ERP implementations and process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of billing, collections, and accounting in a corporate environment.
• Hands-on B2B AR and collections experience.
• Experience with billing, cash application, reconciliations, aging, and AR reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong communication across departments and with customers.

Aufgaben

• Manage complex, high-value customer accounts including invoicing, collections, and payment application.
• Monitor AR aging and prioritize collections to reduce delinquency and improve DSO.
• Communicate with customers regarding invoices, discrepancies, and payment issues.
• Prepare deposits and progress billing; support month-end and year-end close.
• Partner with Project Managers and internal teams to resolve billing delays.
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Provide guidance and training to AR staff; support audit requests.
