Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience in production support and applications management.
• Experience leading large development project efforts and gathering requirements.
• Strong problem solving, strategic thinking, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Experience with middleware, cloud tech and observability tools.

Responsabilités

• Partner with multiple technology teams to integrate functions and define enhancements.
• Provide expertise in apps support and senior guidance to analysts.
• Define system scope and objectives for complex enhancements and document requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Analysts on impact and support needs.
• Identify risks, security issues, and propose mitigations.
• Perform incident/outage management and crisis coordination across regions.
• Coach junior analysts and allocate work accordingly.
• Investigate incidents across Custody Digital Assets and Settlements apps.
• Influence strategic decisions through technical guidance.
• Adhere to non-functional requirements and onboarding guidelines.
