Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Irving, TX, seeks an Apps Support Tech Lead Analyst to partner with multiple technology teams and ensure seamless integration of functions. The role requires 6+ years in application support and strong Unix scripting, Oracle DB, and batch scheduling experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/University degree in Computer Science, Master’s degree preferred.
• 6+ years of Application Support or similar experience.
• Unix and shell scripting experience to automate tasks.
• Oracle databases experience with SQL queries.
• Autosys or similar batch scheduling experience.
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools (ITRS Geneos, AppDynamics, ELK, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
• Experience managing incidents via ServiceNow or Jira.
• Familiarity with OpenShift or ECS.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple tech teams to ensure integration of functions and define enhancements.
• Provide expert apps support knowledge and guidance.
• Define system scope/objectives for complex enhancements; document requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Analysts to document impacts.
• Identify risks, security issues; propose mitigations.
• Coach and allocate work to junior analysts.
• Analyze problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Influence strategic decisions through technical advice.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical audiences.
