Citi in Tampa, FL is seeking a seasoned Apps Support Senior Analyst to lead and mentor teams, resolve complex application issues, and drive stability and efficiency of Citi applications. You will coordinate with technology and business groups, contribute to knowledge base, and participate in releases, with a focus on risk assessment and customer service.

Required: 4+ years in application support, 3+ years ETL (Ab Initio), Oracle DB, Unix, and DW development/support.

Competenze

• 4+ years experience in an Application Support role.
• 3+ years ETL (Ab Initio) Development and/or support experience.
• 3+ years Oracle database support experience.
• 3+ years Unix support experience.
• 3+ years Data warehouse application DEV/ support experience.
