This role owns applied AI/ML solutions powering patient-provider matching, clinical workflows, and patient engagement. You will ship production-grade models and build the ML platform while ensuring safety and reliability.

Expect hands-on work with Learning-to-Rank, embeddings, and LLM integration, influencing both product surfaces and core infrastructure. The impact targets better care access and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering with scalable distributed systems experience.
• 1
• 5+ years building and deploying production ML applications.
• 5+ years building search/recommendation engines at scale.
• 2+ years AI-powered product development with foundation models and LLM integration.
