Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 7+ years designing and scaling distributed systems.
• 5+ years building and deploying production ML applications.
• 5+ years building search, ranking, or recommendation engines at scale.
• 2+ years integrating AI with production systems (LLMs, RAG, agents).

Responsibilities

• Own applied AI/ML solutions for patient-provider matching and workflows.
• Develop production-grade recommendation engines and retrieval models.
• Design AI architectures and ML infrastructure at scale.
• Collaborate with product teams to improve match quality and UX.
• Set AI safety standards and governance.
