Qualifications

• Extensive experience in customer-facing technical roles such as solutions architecture or technical account leadership.
• Proven track record guiding enterprise organizations from evaluation to production adoption.
• Strong foundations in software and cloud architecture, APIs, distributed systems, data integration, identity, security and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical owner for a named portfolio of customers and lead the technical account plan.
• Develop applied AI architectures spanning models, data, integration, security, and governance.
• Guide technical evaluations, workshops, and proofs of value to enable production deployment.
• Maintain a focused use-case portfolio with adoption plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with deployment, enablement, product, and partners to deliver customer value.
