Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, or closely related field.
• Requires three years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise or business applications, systems analysis, application support, or related fields.
• Experience in enterprise, departmental, or line-of-business application administration and support.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or comparable relational databases.
• Experience in systems integration, interfaces, data exchange, or automated processes.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical and functional administration, configuration, maintenance, support, and troubleshooting for assigned applications.
• Serves as a primary technical resource for assigned applications and maintains advanced knowledge of system functionality and integrations.
• Investigates and resolves complex incidents, problems, and service requests; performs root-cause analysis.
