Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, or a closely related field or equivalent.
• Requires three years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise or business applications, systems analysis, application support, application development, systems integration, database technologies, or a closely related field.
• Experience areas include enterprise application administration, SQL Server, systems integration, APIs, data exchange, and automated processes.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical and functional administration, configuration, maintenance, support, and troubleshooting for assigned enterprise, departmental, and line-of-business applications.
• Investigates and resolves complex application incidents, problems, and service requests; performs root-cause analysis and implements corrective actions.
• Manages incidents, service requests, enhancements, and other application work through the ticketing system according to priorities and SLAs.
• Develops and maintains configurations, workflows, reporting, integrations, interfaces, APIs, data exchanges, automated processes, and related components.
• Provides advanced technical support for implementations, upgrades, migrations, testing, data validation, deployment, and transition to operations.
