County of Galveston seeks aSenior Applications Support Analyst to provide technical and functional administration for enterprise applications. The role requires analyzing complex issues, configuring systems, and supporting deployments across departments within the IT environment.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in IT or related field and at least three years of experience in enterprise applications, SQL Server, and integrations.

Competenze

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, or a closely related field or equivalent.
• Requires three years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise or business applications, systems analysis, application support, application development, systems integration, database technologies, or a closely related field.
• Experience areas include enterprise application administration, SQL Server, systems integration, APIs, data exchange, and automated processes.

Mansioni

• Provides technical and functional administration, configuration, maintenance, support, and troubleshooting for assigned enterprise, departmental, and line-of-business applications.
• Investigates and resolves complex application incidents, problems, and service requests; performs root-cause analysis and implements corrective actions.
• Manages incidents, service requests, enhancements, and other application work through the ticketing system according to priorities and SLAs.
• Develops and maintains configurations, workflows, reporting, integrations, interfaces, APIs, data exchanges, automated processes, and related components.
• Provides advanced technical support for implementations, upgrades, migrations, testing, data validation, deployment, and transition to operations.
