Job summary

The role requires strong problem-solving, documentation, and customer service skills, with travel between county facilities as needed. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of ERP/Workday experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/IS/Business Admin/Accounting/Finance or closely related field.
• Five+ years progressively responsible ERP/Workday experience.
• Experience with Workday or comparable ERP/HCM platform.
• Strong skills in ERP configuration, admin support, and lifecycle management.
• Proven ability in business analysis, workflows, and process improvement.
• Experience with reporting, dashboards, and data security.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced functional and technical administration, configuration, support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for Workday and related systems.
• Act as SME for Workday areas (HCM, Financial Management, Procurement, Payroll, reporting, security, integrations).
• Collaborate with departments to translate complex requirements into ERP solutions.
• Configure and maintain Workday processes, security, reporting, and data structures.
• Lead testing, change management, and implementation activities.
• Develop and maintain documentation, reports, and support procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
