Responsibilities

Provide technical support and maintenance for enterprise business applications, including financial and housing management systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot application performance issues, system errors, and integration problems.
Coordinate with software developers, system administrators, and external vendors to resolve application incidents and implement solutions.
Assist in system integration activities and data workflows between enterprise applications and databases.
Develop and execute SQL queries to support troubleshooting, reporting, and data validation tasks.
Monitor application performance and recommend system improvements or optimizations.
Maintain accurate technical documentation, application support procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Participate in system testing, upgrades, and implementation of application enhancements.
Ensure application support activities comply with security policies, governance standards, and government IT requirements.
