Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Enterprise Applications Engineer to provide hands-on administration and lifecycle support for critical enterprise applications for a large healthcare client. You will configure, maintain, troubleshoot, upgrade, patch, integrate, and monitor applications while resolving complex issues related to integrations, authentication, data, performance, and availability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
5+ years of experience supporting and upgrading enterprise applications in complex environments.
Microsoft Azure/Microsoft 365/Windows Server certifications.
ITIL Foundation certification/training.
Healthcare experience preferred.
Experience with PowerShell automation.
Experience with APIs, middleware, integrations, and scheduled jobs.
Experience with source control and CI/CD deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on technical administration and lifecycle support for enterprise applications.
Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, upgrade, patch, integrate, and monitor environments.
Resolve complex issues related to integrations, authentication, data, performance and availability.
