Job summary
Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Application Support Engineer to support internal and customer-facing web and mobile applications.
You will ensure stability, resolve issues, maintain platform health, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. As a member of the Customer Portal Agile Team, you will help drive continuous improvements across our digital solutions while sustaining strong operational performance and reliable service
Qualifications
- Bachelor-level STEM degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years supporting web and mobile apps in production.
- Strong trouble-shooting of enterprise apps and outages.
- Experience in Agile development environments.
- Excellent communication and collaborative problem solving.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues via ServiceNow andメール/collaboration tools.
- Maintain health and performance of web and mobile apps.
- Execute DB queries and perform app updates as needed.
- Collaborate with software, cloud, database, network and infra teams.
- Support releases and continuous delivery activities.
- Develop and maintain reporting on tickets and performance.
