• 5+ years of experience supporting web and mobile applications in a production environment.
• Strong experience troubleshooting enterprise application issues.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Technical Expertise Application Development & Support ReactJS Spring Boot REST and SOAP Services Web and Mobile Application Support Database Technologies Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) SQL Cloud & DevOps Microsoft Azure Azure App Services Azure DevOps Pipelines Redis Cache Cloud-Based Development Tools Jira ServiceNow or similar ticket management platforms

Responsibilities

• Application Support & Incident Management Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues reported through ServiceNow, email, and collaboration tools.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and deliver timely resolutions.
• Communicate issue status and resolution updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure application availability and operational performance objectives are consistently met.
