Greenheck Group is seeking an Application Engineer II/Senior to deliver advanced technical support, design and pricing for specialized products and train customers. You will engage with the rep network and sales channel to identify opportunities and drive solutions.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in engineering.
• 2 Year / Associate Degree in engineering or equivalent years of job experience required.
• 4 Year / Bachelor Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical application support via phone and e-mail for internal and external sales.
• Develop and communicate solutions for unique applications including design and special pricing.
• Gather information and provide resolution to complex field problems; travel may be required for onsite support.
• Maintain knowledge of industry codes and standards to determine product needs and requirements.
• Highlight key selling points of current products for delivery to sales teams and customers.
• Develop, organize and present trainings to internal and external customers onsite or offsite.
